Dr. Brian Amy is a board-certified orthodontist known for creating confident smiles—and for making the journey fun along the way. With a friendly, upbeat approach and a great sense of humor, Dr. Amy enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable from their very first visit.
He earned his dental degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, then began his career practicing restorative dentistry in Midwest City, Oklahoma. Driven by a passion for smile transformation, he went on to complete his orthodontic residency at Temple University in Philadelphia, where he specialized in advanced orthodontic care.
Dr. Amy is widely recognized as an early adopter and expert in Invisalign® treatment. He enjoys combining cutting-edge digital orthodontic technology with a personalized, approachable style to successfully treat virtually any type of orthodontic case—from simple alignment to complex bite correction. His commitment to innovation has led him to participate in multiple Invisalign research studies, resulting in journal publications and meaningful advancements in clear aligner therapy.
This passion for Invisalign and digital orthodontics led to Dr. Amy being invited to join the Align Faculty in 2015. Since then, he has lectured nationally and internationally, sharing advancements in Invisalign treatment and the modern digital orthodontic practice with fellow orthodontists.
At Orthodontic Associates, Dr. Amy believes the best results come from a true team effort between the patient, the doctor, and the Orthodontic Associates team. He finds genuine joy in transforming smiles and changing lives, and his positive energy and humor help make every visit an enjoyable experience.
Outside the office, Dr. Amy enjoys life with his wife, Staci, whom he married in Scotland, and their sons, Connor and Jake. He cherishes time spent with family and friends, being outdoors, and making meaningful memories together. Dr. Amy and his family are also active parishioners at St. Mary Catholic Church in Guthrie.
