Diamond Martini
1 single carat diamond
1 oz Gray Goose vodka
2 oz Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne
1 dash of vanilla simple syrup
Hint of fresh squeezed lemon juice

Nugget: A handful of elite clubs around the world have stunned guests by serving Diamond Martinis, cocktails complete with a real, one-carat stone served sparkling on the bottom. Average cost is $10,000!
Classic Martini
3 oz gin
1/2 oz dry vermouth
Olive or lemon peel garnish

Nugget: Evolved from the Martinez, the first known recipe for the Martini was printed in the (1888) Bartender’s Manual and included old tom gin, sweet vermouth, orange Curacao, gum, Boker’s bitters and a lemon twist.
Dirty Martini
2 oz gin
1/2 oz dry white vermouth
1/2 oz olive juice
Olive garnish

Nugget: Originated in 1901, the Dirty Martini was born by first muddling the olive into the drink then adding a splash of olive brine. Rumor states that it took decades for the drink to gain a wide fan base.
Gold Dust Martini
2 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
3/4 oz creme de cacao
3/4 oz butterscotch schnapps
Dusting of edible gold flakes

Nugget: Pure gold is chemically inert and can pass through the human digestive system without being absorbed into the body. Obviously, thoughtful moderation of the amount ingested gold should be considered.
Cosmopolitan
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz lime juice
